Can I put Tia Maria in a chocolate truffle recipe? I want to make a chocolate truffle recipe for a dinner party tomorrow evening and i know it is possible to put drink in truffles, but i was wondering whether or not tia maria would be ok, i thought the coffee liquer would compliment the rich truffle taste. Also, at which point in the cooking process would i add the liquer? Thanks!

No one at age 73 has no risk factors’ (age itself is a risk factor! Drink impairs folate metabolism. Folate is critical for control of homocysteine levels. Are you having Tias? Whether so, who diagnosed them? If not, why are you concerned approximately them?
What is really going on here?
