No, you have to be licensed to sell drink at a premisis, I’m not sure how a vehicle can be licensed for this…try looking up approximately this student icecream van in Plymouth though, it goes around the student accommodation at like 2 in the morning, I cant imagine they just sell icecream…

I was at a party today and this girl had like 2 shots and was acting like a fool. I don’t know if this helps but the vodka was distilled five times and the girl weighed like 140 - 145, we also ate steaks like right before. I had a suspicion she was doing it to get attention, what do you think?
